How do I post a free listing?
Simply follow these steps:
- Step 1 - If you haven’t registered already, click here to register for a new account
- Step 2 – Check your email for confirmation of your login details (if you can’t find the email in your inbox, look in your Spam or Junk folder)
- Step 3 – Login to SuperGuide Directory using your username and password that you received in the email
- Step 4 – Click on the ‘Add your listing‘ button located in the right corner of your the top red bar and follow the easy instructions. That’s it!

I’m getting an error saying my username is invalid when I try to register
Please note that you will need to use only lowercase characters in the username.
How do I change or remove my listing?
When you are logged in you will see a link to My Dashboard in the top right of each page. From your Dashboard you can edit the listing by clicking the pencil icon.
How do I change edit my Profile or password?
Make sure you are logged in to your account. If you are logged in you will see a link to My Dashboard in the top right of each page. From your Dashboard you can see a link to Edit Profile on the right-hand side. From there you can edit your details, including your name, email address, password, and more.
What is the cost to create a listing on the SuperGuide Directory?
All listings are free.
Featured listings are available for $330 (inc GST) for 3 months.
You can also advertise separately on SuperGuide.com.au, which has more than 100,000 visits per month. You can find out more here.
How long will my listing be available for?
Your listing will appear for 1 year. We will notify you before it lapses so you have the opportunity to renew it.
I don’t have a PayPal account. Can I pay for my Featured Listing another way?
Contact us and we’ll give you details so you can pay us through a bank transfer.
I posted a free ad. Can I upgrade it to a featured ad?

I didn’t get a password emailed to me upon registration

Can I place multiple listings?
We will allow one active listing in each category that directly relates to the services offered. For example, if a company offers pension products AND retail funds, it can have a listing in each category. Business listings in unrelated categories will be considered spam and will be removed.
Why is the map on my listing not showing correctly?
The likely cause is that you have made a typo in the name or have been too specific.
I’ve spotted a listing that looks suspect – can I report it?
Yes. Please contact us if you are concerned about any listing.
My company is part of the superannuation or financial services industry, but doesn’t fit within the categories listed. What can I do?
