SMSF annual return (SAR): Existing SMSFs who use a tax agent and have not been advised of an earlier lodgement date, need to lodge their fund’s annual return by this date. Your tax agent will still need all the same information as the earlier lodgers and will need to have appointed an auditor at least 45 days before lodging date (or by the end of March).
