Dashboard
The dashboard is your central hub on SuperGuide. This is the page you are directed to when you login, and brings together your account information, your recent activity and saved guides (see below), and the latest SuperGuide content all in one place.
You can access your Dashboard at any time by clicking the button in the top right of the website.
Step-by-step guides
It’s always easier to make progress when there are simple steps you can follow.
Our step-by-step guides will give you clarity over what you can do to transform your super, so you can have the foundation for a rewarding retirement. You can click off each step on your the website or download and print a PDF and check off your progress that way.
Saving guides
You can save and remove any guide by clicking the bookmark button.
You can then view your saved guides here, which can also be found by clicking the Saved guides button in the left sidebar.
Newsletter: You will shortly receive a copy of the latest newsletter. To ensure receipt of our emails, please add newsletter@superguide.com.au and contact@superguide.com.au to your email address book.
Your receipt: Shortly you will receive an email receipt, which serves as a tax invoice if you are claiming a tax deduction for your subscription. If you do not receive your receipt or welcome email or the latest newsletter within the next 10 minutes, please check your junk or spam folders, or contact us.
Renewals: You will be notified by email 14 days before your subscription is due to renew, and will receive an email receipt on payment. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Learn more in our support section.
Your SuperGuide account: You can access your SuperGuide account here. Your account contains important details about your subscription, such as renewal date and email address, and is also where you can cancel your subscription.
Support: If you have any questions about your subscription, many of these will be answered in our Support section. You can also contact us through the support section if you don’t find an answer to your question or have any feedback.
