September 15: Due date for payment of super contributions surcharge assessments that were issued by the ATO on 15 August.

September 30: SMSF trustees should start gathering information relevant for any transfer balance account (TBA) event that has occurred since 1 July 2023 or any other transfer balance account event that has occurred and not yet reported. These events will need to be included in the first quarters transfer balance account report (TBAR) which will be due on the 28th of October.
