Janine Mace and Robert Barnes
Janine Mace has over 25 years’ experience writing about superannuation, including a decade as Managing Editor of the ASFA’s highly respected industry magazine, SuperFunds. She has worked with a range of super funds and leading institutional investment managers. Her work has appeared in the Australian Financial Review personal finance section and she has been a regular contributor to Money Management and Financial Planning magazines.
Robert Barnes started SuperGuide in 2008 and has run it as General Manager ever since. He set it up after moving to Australia from the UK and finding there was no independent, up-to-date guide to superannuation. Over nearly two decades, Robert has shaped every part of SuperGuide, including its editorial standards, its team of specialist writers, and the calculators and tools that thousands of Australians now use. Before SuperGuide, Robert worked in digital media with businesses including realestate.com.au, Eureka Report and Universal Music.
